Do you have any data showing how your conjugated antibodies work for western blots? In previous research I almost always have better luck with conjugated primary antibodies but these were done in house. What are the cons in purchasing a conjugated ab?

Does the Flotillin-1 (C-2): sc-74566 antibody work also in WB with reducing conditions? I know for sure that the secondary I used (anti-mouse-HRP conj) it´s working, since it was used other times. The samples loaded on the SDS gel were lysates of HeLas.

I have a double stain planned for my samples. How do you suggest I do this with only mouse monoclonal antibodies?

We recommend using directly conjugated primary antibodies. This product, sc-74566, is available directly conjugated to FITC, AF488, and AF647.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works pretty goodUsed to look for exosome markers. First time I used this, I used the recommended low starting dilution of 1:100, and got very weak bands. Tried again, but didn't realise I had used almost all of the sample up- I went ahead anyway with what I had left and used at 1:500 and actually got nice bands. Both times, the bands were bigger than suggested on the datasheet, but I often find that the bands for exosome samples are a different size to cell samples. Bands were circa 60kDa. Block 5%milk/1%BSA. 20ug protein loaded
