FGF-10 Antibody (3C7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects FGF-10 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FGF-10 antibody (3C7) is available as a non-conjugated format. FGF-10 plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, tissue repair, and regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. FGF-10 is primarily located in mesenchyme and is essential for development of organs such as lungs and limbs. Disruptions in FGF-10 signaling pathways can lead to developmental disorders and contribute to diseases such as cancer. FGF-10 interacts with specific receptors, including fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2), which mediates biological effects, highlighting FGF-10′s importance in cellular communication and signaling pathways.
