Hello. For sc-293208, was as the immunogen used FGF10 recombinant protein with or without GST tag? I am asking because I found antibody with the same name "FGF10-antibody (C37)" in different company and this antibody was with GST-tag.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not provide this information, however standard procedure for monoclonal antibody production using a recombinant protein does include GST conjugation (and GST subtraction later in the process).

For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with FGF-10 (3C7): sc-293208 antibody?
