Epiregulin抗体(C-9)是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆Epiregulin抗体(也称为Epiregulin抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠来源的Epiregulin蛋白。Epiregulin抗体(C-9)既有非偶联型抗Epiregulin抗体形式,也有多种偶联型抗Epiregulin抗体形式,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Epiregulin(EPR、EREG)是一种表皮生长因子(EGF)相关的生长调节肽,在细胞生长调节中具有双向功能。Epiregulin可激活ErbB家族受体酪氨酸激酶的两个成员:表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和ErbB4。Epiregulin是由血管紧张素II、内皮素-1和凝血酶诱导的强效血管平滑肌细胞源性促有丝分裂原。Epiregulin在人类表皮角质形成细胞中作为自分泌生长因子发挥作用,并且是涉及HB-EGF、双调蛋白和TGFalpha的自诱导和交叉诱导机制的一部分。Epiregulin在胰腺癌中上调并刺激胰腺癌细胞生长。

To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody.
