I purchased this Ab shortly before you stopped manufacturing it. I want to use if for IF in the heart, but cannot find its data sheet, therefore do not know the recommended dilution for such a procedure. Could you support me with that information?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using this goat polyclonal antibody, Desmin (Y-20): sc-7559, at a starting dilution of 1:50 (range of 1:50-1:500) for IF in mouse, rat or human samples.
