CPTI抗体（E-7）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆CPTI抗体（也称为CPT1A抗体、肉碱棕榈酰转移酶1A（肝）抗体、L-CPT1抗体、CPT1-L抗体、肉碱/胆碱乙酰转移酶抗体、CPT1B抗体、肉碱棕榈酰转移酶1B抗体、肉碱棕榈酰转移酶1B（肌肉）抗体、CPT1M抗体或CPT1-M抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的CPTI蛋白。CPTI抗体（E-7）既有非偶联形式的抗CPTI抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗CPTI抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。长链脂肪酸的线粒体β-氧化是由肉碱棕榈酰转移酶（CPT）I（外膜和洗涤剂易分解）和II（内膜和洗涤剂稳定）以及肉碱载体的顺序作用引发的。CPTI催化长链脂肪酸从细胞质转运到线粒体的第一步反应，这是β-氧化的限速步骤。已知两种类型的CPTI，即肝（CPTIA）和肌肉（CPTIB）同工型。肌肉型蛋白质在心脏和骨骼肌中特别表达。膜结合的CPTI（而非CPTII）被丙二酰辅酶A（CoA）可逆地抑制。与CPTII不同，CPTI需要膜完整性才能发挥催化作用。此外，谷氨酸3和组氨酸5对于丙二酰CoA抑制和与肝CPTI的结合是必需的，但对于催化活性则不是必需的。
