c-Abl抗体（8E9）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆c-Abl抗体（也称为ABL1抗体、ABL原癌基因1抗体或非受体酪氨酸激酶抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的c-Abl蛋白。c-Abl抗体（8E9）既可以作为非共轭抗c-Abl抗体，也可以作为多种共轭形式的抗c-Abl抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。Abl癌基因最初被鉴定为Abelson小鼠白血病病毒（A-MuLV）的病毒转化基因。c-Abl的主要翻译产物已被鉴定为具有酪氨酸激酶活性和SH2结构域的蛋白质。Abl癌基因与几种人类白血病有关，包括90-95%的慢性髓细胞白血病（CML）、20-25%的成人急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）和2-5%的儿童ALL。在这些白血病中，c-Abl原癌基因经历（9；22）染色体易位，产生费城（Ph1）染色体。这种易位的分子结果是产生编码活化的Abl蛋白酪氨酸激酶的嵌合Bcr/c-Abl mRNA。已证明Bcr基因编码一种针对Ras相关GTP结合蛋白p21rac的GTP酶激活蛋白（GAP）。

Does this antibody specifically recognize Abl or does it have cross-reactivity with Arg as well?

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody, c-Abl (8E9): sc-56887, is specific for detection of c-Abl p120 and chimeric Bcr/Abl proteins of mouse, rat and human origin. We are not aware of any cross-reactivity with Arg.
