In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Please contact our Special Orders department for availability of direct conjugates, or see c-Abl (8E9): sc-56887 for c-Abl antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647.

The immunoblot expression with this antibody, I got sharp and clear band at depicted product size. The dilution 1:500 works well for the detection. I am willing to get this antibody for my further experiments.
