Is there an isotype control available for the IIH6 antibody? Preferably one that is also conjugated with AF488 for use in FCM?

Wash the section in PBS buffer for 3×5minutes. 3. Place setion in 3% Hydrogen peroxide /methanol for 10 minutes 4.Wash the section in PBS buffer for 3×5minutes. 5.Place setion in 10% normal goat serum for 20min 6.Incubate section with primary anitbody. Dilution:1:200 Diluent:1%BSA, 4℃,overnight 7.Wash the section in PBS buffer for 3×5minutes. 8.Incubate section with secondary anitbody. goat anti-mouse IgM ,ALEX FLOUR 594 Dilution:1:150 Diluent:10% goat serum,room temperature 40min. 9.Wash the section in PBS buffer for 3×5minutes. 10.Moutn the section and observe.
