ALK-1抗体(RM0015-1B03)是一种IgG2大鼠单克隆ALK-1抗体(也称为ACVRL1抗体、ALK1抗体、SKR3抗体或TSR-I抗体),可通过 WB, IP 和 IF检测小鼠、大鼠和人的ALK-1蛋白。ALK-1抗体(RM0015-1B03)可以是非偶联的抗ALK-1抗体形式。遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症(HHT)是一种常染色体显性遗传病,其特征为血管异常,如血管扩张、出血、肝肺充血以及脑或心脏缺血。两种基因的突变,即内皮糖蛋白(也称为CD105)和ALK-1(激活素受体样激酶1,也称为TGFβ超家族RI),是HHT的病因。内皮糖蛋白在HHT1中发生突变,而ALK-1在HHT2中发生突变,这两种突变都被认为是由单倍体不足引起的。内皮糖蛋白和ALK-1分别是表达在血管内皮细胞上的TGFβ受体超家族的III型和I型成员。内皮糖蛋白只能通过与TGFβ1、TGFβ3、激活素-A、BMP-2和BMP-7的相应配体结合受体结合来结合TGFβ超家族的配体。ALK-1优先结合TGFβ1,并在骨髓基质细胞、肺、脑、肾和脾中表达。

I am using ALK-1 (RM0015-1B03): sc-101556 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
