醛缩酶C抗体（H-11）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆醛缩酶C抗体（也称为ALDOC抗体、ALDC抗体、果糖二磷酸醛缩酶C抗体或脑型醛缩酶抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的醛缩酶C蛋白。醛缩酶C抗体（H-11）有非偶联抗醛缩酶C抗体形式和多种偶联形式的抗醛缩酶C抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。果糖1,6-二磷酸醛缩酶催化甘油酮-P和甘油醛3-磷酸可逆地缩合为果糖1,6-二磷酸。果糖1,6-二磷酸醛缩酶存在三种形式，肌肉特异性醛缩酶A、肝脏特异性醛缩酶B和脑特异性醛缩酶C。醛缩酶A、B和C来自共同的祖先基因，醛缩酶B首先从中分化出来。醛缩酶A是已知最保守的酶之一，每1亿年只有约2%的残基发生改变。醛缩酶B受胰岛素和胰高血糖素调节，与遗传性果糖不耐症有关。醛缩酶C是一种仅在浦肯野细胞中表达的多肽。醛缩酶C阳性的浦肯野细胞在小脑中呈条带状或带状排列，从小脑前部到后部，交替排列着醛缩酶C阴性的浦肯野细胞。

'Is treatment with Triton X-100 needed when using this antibody for immunofluorescence cell staining?' Thank you for your question. You can find our recommended IF protocol on our website as Protocol 5: Immunofluorescence Cell Staining. If fixing in formalin, we recommend you include a cell permeabilization treatment. After fixing the cells, wash in three changes of PBS. Then incubate for 3 minutes in a solution of 0.01% Triton X-100 in PBS. If you have further questions, feel free to contact our technical service directly.

Is this antibody very specific to Aldolase C? Can it detect other isoforms of aldolase, such as aldolase A (I want to distinguish these two isoforms)?
