안녕하세요 IF를 하려고 하는데 Aldehyde dehydrogenase /2/ALDH1A1/2/3/ALDH2 항체 (H-8) Alexa Fluor® 594와 Bmi-1 항체 (F-9) Alexa Fluor® 488를 같이 사용해도 되나요? 둘다 mouse monoclonal이라 co staining시 데이터에 문제가 없는지 궁금합니다.

This antibody works well in my cell lines. But could you specify the two bands, the upper (>51k) and the lower (< 51k)? which is which? Thank you!

What is the recommended fixation method for IF with ALDH1/2 (H-8): sc-166362 monoclonal antibody?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Which isotype the antibody detects?I am using this Ab for my IHC-P and WB but I ak doubtful about the actual isotype it is detecting! In the datasheet it is mentioned to detect ALDH1A1, 1A2, 1A3 and ALDH2.. Can somebody please explain this? Thanks

Detected ALDH1/2 at expected size in 15 ug total proteine lysate, wet transfer one hour at 450 mAmps on PVDF membrane, overnight blocking with 5% nonfat dry milk in PBS, one hour incubation at RT with 1:500 anti ALDH1/2 in 5% PBS with 0,2%Tween followed by one hour incubation with 1:10.000 anti mouse (sc-358914) HRP conjugated antibody and detection with ECL prime substrate followed by short film exposure (under 1 minute) and automatic processing.
