8-iso 前列腺素 F2β（8-iso PGF2β）是 PGF2α 的异构体，属于非酶源物质。它是 PGF2α 64 种可能的异构体之一，可通过花生四烯酸的自由基过氧化反应产生。8-iso PGF2β 对人体脐静脉动脉的收缩作用很弱，而且不会促进人体全血的聚集（1,2）。然而，8-iso PGF2β 能适度收缩犬和猪的肺静脉，但其作用远弱于其他异前列腺素，如 8-iso PGE1、8-iso PGE2 或 8-iso PGF2α（3,4）。 8-iso-15-keto PGF2β 是 8-iso PGF2β 通过 15-hydroxy PG dehydrogenase 途径产生的潜在代谢产物。目前还没有关于 8-iso-15-keto PGF2β 的形成或生物活性的公开报道。
