TCR δ Antibody (H-41) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the TCR delta protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TCR delta antibody (H-41) is available as the non-conjugated form. The T cell antigen receptor (TCR) plays a crucial role in the immune response by recognizing foreign antigens and initiating intracellular signaling that activates T cells, transitioning them from a dormant state to an active one. The TCR is a heterodimer composed of either alpha and beta or gamma and delta chains, with the majority of T cells (approximately 95%) expressing the alpha/beta heterodimer, while a smaller subset (about 2-5%) expresses the gamma/delta heterodimer.
