SEE ALSO...

mAChR M2 Antibody (M2-2-B3) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M2 (mAChR M2) protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunohistochemistry (frozen). mAChR M2 (M2-2-B3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. mAChR M2 plays a crucial role in the central and peripheral nervous systems by mediating inhibitory neurotransmission and modulating various physiological processes, such as heart rate and glandular secretion. Located predominantly in the heart and brain, mAChR M2 is essential for regulating cardiac function and neurotransmitter release, making mAChR M2 a significant target for understanding cardiovascular diseases and neurological disorders. mAChR M2′s ability to couple with G-proteins allows mAChR M2 to influence downstream signaling pathways, which can lead to diverse cellular responses. Given mAChR M2′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states, mAChR M2 is a valuable protein for research and therapeutic targeting, and anti-mAChR M2 antibody (M2-2-B3) serves as a reliable tool for studying expression and function in various biological contexts.
