Ketohexokinase Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Ketohexokinase protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Ketohexokinase antibody (B-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ketohexokinase (B-6) antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in dietary fructose metabolism, catalyzing the conversion of fructose to fructose-1-phosphate, which is essential for energy production and metabolic regulation in mammals. Ketohexokinase is predominantly expressed in the liver, kidney, pancreas, and spleen, highlighting the importance in processing dietary sugars.
