IκB-β Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects IκB-β protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-IκB-β antibody (D-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IκB-β protein plays a crucial role in regulating NF-kB signaling pathway, which is essential for controlling immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival. By sequestering NF-kB dimers in the cytoplasm, IκB-β prevents their translocation to the nucleus, thereby inhibiting the expression of target genes involved in these processes.
