    SEE ALSO...

ZNF588 Antibody (F-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF588 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF588 Antibody (F-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF588, also known as zinc finger 588, Y8, ZFD25, or smap-7, is a 783 amino acid nuclear protein predominantly expressed in brain, heart, skeletal muscle, kidney, and pancreas. As a member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF588 features twenty-five C2H2-type zinc fingers that are crucial for transcriptional regulation. ZNF588 functions by binding to specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing gene expression, which is vital for numerous cellular processes, including development and differentiation. ZNF588 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 7, a region that contains over 1,000 genes and constitutes nearly 5% of the human genome, highlighting potential significance in various biological pathways and disease mechanisms.
