    ZNF277 Antibody (SS-17) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the ZNF277 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ZNF277 antibody (SS-17) is available as a non-conjugated format. ZNF277 protein, also known as NRIF4 or ZNF277P, is a 438 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of two C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are crucial for its function as a transcriptional repressor. ZNF277 protein is primarily localized in the nucleus, where ZNF277 plays a significant role in regulating gene expression, thereby influencing cell growth and differentiation.
