ZBP1 Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZBP1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ZBP1 antibody (H-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZBP1, also known as DLM-1, is a 429 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of two Za domains at its N-terminus, which are crucial for binding specifically to left-handed Z-DNA and Z-RNA.
