TLX3 Antibody (34-L) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects TLX3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TLX3 plays a crucial role in the development of the central nervous system, particularly in the formation of first-order relay visceral sensory neurons in the brainstem, which are essential for processing sensory information and regulating autonomic functions. Anti-TLX3 antibody (34-L) enables research into TLX3′s vital functions, as deficiency leads to severe respiratory issues in newborn mice, including increased respiration rates and frequent apnea, ultimately resulting in central respiratory failure shortly after birth. Additionally, TLX3 is implicated in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), where the t(5:14)(q35;q32) translocation enhances transcription, highlighting significance not only in developmental biology but also in cancer research. TLX3 monoclonal antibody (34-L) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying TLX3′s intricate roles in both normal physiology and disease states, providing insights into function and potential therapeutic targets.
