Thank you for your question. TBX3 (A-20): sc-17871 is a goat polyclonal IgG raised against a peptide mapping closer to the N-terminus within an internal region of TBX3 of human origin. According to the SwissProt protein page (accession O15119), the epitope does not recognize a DNA binding domain of TBX3. The exact peptide sequence used to raise this antibody is considered proprietary information. If you still have additional questions, please contact our Technical Service Department and we would be happy to perform sequence analysis of the epitope for you. Please note that this antibody is now discontinued and no longer available.
