    SEE ALSO...

SPOUT1 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SPOUT1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SPOUT1 (H-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SPOUT1 plays a crucial role in RNA methylation, which is essential for the regulation of gene expression and cellular processes. This function is particularly important as RNA methylation influences various biological pathways, including those involved in development and differentiation. Dysregulation of RNA methylation has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting SPOUT1′s significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Additionally, chromosome 9, where SPOUT1 is located, is known for involvement in critical genetic functions, including gender determination and encoding numerous genes associated with various hereditary conditions. Understanding SPOUT1′s role and interactions can provide valuable insights into therapeutic targets for diseases linked to RNA methylation abnormalities.
