SEE ALSO...

SNX9 Antibody (G-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SNX9 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX9 Antibody (G-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNX9 plays a crucial role in cellular membrane trafficking and protein sorting, particularly influencing the processing and trafficking of insulin receptors within the cytosol. SNX9′s ability to interact with specific phospholipids and form protein-protein complexes highlights SNX9′s importance in endosomal sorting and recycling processes. Post-translational modifications, such as phosphorylation, regulate SNX9 by releasing binding partner aldolase, allowing SNX9 to recruit and activate Dynamin II, a key GTPase involved in the late stages of endocytosis. This dynamic regulation underscores SNX9′s role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and potential implications in metabolic disorders.
