Slfn11 Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Slfn11 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Slfn11 (D-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The Schlafen family, to which Slfn11 belongs, is primarily expressed in lymphoid tissues and plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses, particularly during thymocyte maturation.
