    SEE ALSO...

SEC14L3 Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SEC14L3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-SEC14L3 antibody (E-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. SEC14L3 plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism and is involved in the transport of lipids within cells, which is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and signaling pathways. Disruptions in lipid transport can lead to various diseases, including metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative conditions, highlighting the importance of SEC14L3 in health and disease. SEC14L3 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is associated with cellular membranes, where SEC14L3 facilitates the transfer of lipids to specific cellular compartments, thereby influencing membrane composition and function. Understanding the dynamics of SEC14L3 and its interactions with other proteins can provide insights into the mechanisms underlying lipid-related pathologies and potential therapeutic targets.
