RLA-DR Antibody (RDR34) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b light chain antibody that detects RLA-DR in rabbit samples through applications such as immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). RLA-DR is a crucial component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules, which play a vital role in the immune response by presenting antigens to CD4+ T cells. This interaction is essential for the activation of T cells, which subsequently orchestrate the adaptive immune response, making RLA-DR integral to the body′s ability to recognize and respond to pathogens. The expression of RLA-DR is particularly important in antigen-presenting cells, such as B lymphocytes, where RLA-DR facilitates the recognition of foreign antigens and the initiation of immune responses. Additionally, RLA-DR molecules are primarily located on the surface of these cells, allowing for efficient communication with T cells. The proper functioning of RLA-DR is critical for maintaining immune system balance, and any dysregulation can lead to autoimmune diseases or impaired immune responses. Anti-RLA-DR antibody (RDR34) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying immune mechanisms and the role of MHC class II molecules in health and disease.
