    SEE ALSO...

RBM29 Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RBM29 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-RBM29 antibody (D-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RBM29, also known as ELMOD3 or RBED1, is a 381 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in RNA processing and regulation, particularly in alternative splicing, which is essential for generating protein diversity and regulating gene expression. RNA recognition motifs in RBM29 enable interactions with various RNA molecules, influencing the assembly and function of ribonucleoprotein complexes. RBM29 also participates in the modulation of apoptosis, highlighting RBM29′s importance in cellular survival and response to stress. The gene encoding RBM29 is located on human chromosome 2, a region associated with several genetic diseases, underscoring the potential implications of RBM29 in health and disease.
