RAI3 Antibody (A-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RAI3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RAI3 Antibody (A-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Retinoic acid-induced protein 3 (RAI3) functions as a transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor, playing a crucial role in essential biological processes such as embryogenesis, cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. RAI3′s location in the cell membrane allows interaction with extracellular signals and transduction into intracellular responses, influencing cellular behavior and fate. RAI3 expression is upregulated in many tumor cell lines harboring mutant p53, indicating a potential regulatory relationship where p53 may repress RAI3 expression during early stages of apoptosis. RAI3 serves as a promising molecular target for breast cancer diagnostics, and strategies aimed at selectively modulating RAI3 signaling could offer new avenues for therapeutic intervention in breast cancer treatment.
