Promethazine Hydrochloride is an antiemetic, antihistaminic, and CNS depressant. Promethazine Hydrochloride a first generation H1 receptor antagonist.This binding process effectively inhibits the activity of histamine, thereby impeding the release of inflammatory mediators.
