PP2Cζ Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects PP2C zeta protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PP2C zeta antibody (C-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PP2C zeta protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways by acting as a serine/threonine phosphatase, which is essential for regulating numerous cellular functions such as cell division, homeostasis, and apoptosis. PP2C zeta′s ability to dephosphorylate target proteins on serine and threonine residues is vital for maintaining the balance of phosphorylation states within cells, thereby influencing various physiological processes.
