    SEE ALSO...

PLEKHJ1 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PLEKHJ1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PLEKHJ1 Antibody (H-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PLEKHJ1, also known as pleckstrin homology domain containing, family J member 1 or guanine nucleotide-releasing protein x, is a 149 amino acid phosphoprotein characterized by the presence of a pleckstrin homology domain, which plays a crucial role in mediating protein-protein interactions and cellular signaling pathways. PLEKHJ1 is predominantly expressed in the testis and liver, where PLEKHJ1 is involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction and cytoskeletal organization. The gene encoding PLEKHJ1 is located on human chromosome 19, a region known for its high gene density and association with several genetic disorders, including Peutz-Jeghers syndrome and spinocerebellar ataxia type 6. Understanding PLEKHJ1 function is essential, as PLEKHJ1 may provide insights into cellular dynamics and potential implications in disease mechanisms.
