PIPK I γ Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate-5-kinase I gamma (PIPK I γ) in mouse and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PIPK I γ plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by synthesizing phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate, a key lipid that regulates various cellular processes including cell proliferation, survival, and cytoskeletal organization.
