PCDHGA8 Antibody (NQ-B21) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PCDHGA8 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PCDHGA8 (NQ-B21) antibody is available as a non-conjugated anti-PCDHGA8 antibody. Protocadherins, including PCDHGA8, play a crucial role in the establishment and maintenance of neuronal connections in the brain, which is vital for proper neural function and communication. Specifically, PCDHGA8 is a member of the protocadherin gamma cluster, which consists of three subfamilies (A, B, and C) and is characterized by its six cadherin motifs.
