    P. falciparum infected RBCs Antibody (IIIB6) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects P. falciparum infected RBCs protein of Plasmodium falciparum origin by immunofluorescence (IF). P. falciparum infected RBCs (IIIB6) antibody is available in a non-conjugated form, specifically designed for detecting erythrocytes infected with Plasmodium falciparum at all stages of its life cycle. Understanding P. falciparum infected red blood cells is crucial for parasite survival and propagation within the human host. Once Plasmodium falciparum invades red blood cells, a complex life cycle begins, including asexual reproduction, leading to host cell destruction and release of new parasites into the bloodstream. This process contributes to malaria symptoms, such as anemia and fever, while playing a pivotal role in severe malaria pathogenesis, which can cause life-threatening complications. Using P. falciparum infected RBCs (IIIB6) monoclonal antibody in research helps scientists gain valuable insights into parasite-host cell interactions, advancing the development of targeted therapies and vaccines against malaria, a significant global health challenge.
