NRK1 Antibody (F-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects NRK1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-NRK1 antibody (F-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NRK1, also known as Nicotinamide riboside kinase 1, plays a crucial role in cellular metabolism by catalyzing the conversion of nicotinamide riboside into nicotinamide mononucleotide, a key precursor in the synthesis of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+). NAD+ is vital for numerous biological processes, including energy production, DNA repair, and cell signaling, making NRK1 essential for maintaining cellular health and function.
