NMNAT-1 Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NMNAT-1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NMNAT-1 (B-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NMNAT-1, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) synthetase, plays a crucial role in cellular metabolism by catalyzing NAD(+) synthesis from nicotinamide mononucleotide and ATP, which is vital for numerous biological processes, including energy production and DNA repair.
