  • raised against amino acids 601-900 mapping near the C-terminus of NCoA-7 of human origin
  • NCoA-7 Antibody (C-2) is recommended for detection of NCoA-7 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • Anti-NCoA-7 Antibody (C-2) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • m-IgG Fc BP-HRP, m-IgG1 BP-HRP and m-IgGκ BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for NCoA-7 Antibody (C-2) for WB applications. These reagents are now offered in bundles with NCoA-7 Antibody (C-2) (see ordering information below).

    SEE ALSO...

NCoA-7 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NCoA-7 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NCoA-7 (C-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NCoA-7, also known as nuclear receptor coactivator 7, ESNA1, or ERAP140, is a crucial 942 amino acid nuclear protein that enhances transcriptional activities of nuclear receptors, such as PPARγ, ERα, TRβ1, and RARα, influencing gene expression in response to hormonal signals. NCoA-7 is predominantly expressed in the brain, with lower levels found in tissues such as pancreas, bladder, ovary, spinal cord, prostate, mammary gland, uterus, and stomach, highlighting NCoA-7′s importance in various physiological processes. As a member of the OXR1 family, NCoA-7 features a LysM repeat and a TLD domain, which are essential for interaction with other proteins and functional role in transcriptional regulation. Located on human chromosome 6q22.31 and mouse chromosome 10 A4, NCoA-7 undergoes alternative splicing resulting in six known isoforms, underscoring NCoA-7′s complexity and regulatory potential in cellular signaling pathways.
