Msx-2 Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects Msx-2 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Msx-2 antibody (B-2) is available as the non-conjugated form. Msx-2, a member of the homeobox gene family, plays a crucial role in embryonic development by acting as a transcription factor that regulates morphogenetic processes. Specifically, Msx-2 is essential for the development of various structures, including the craniofacial skeleton and teeth, by influencing the differentiation of mesenchymal cells during critical stages of organogenesis.
