    SEE ALSO...

KRCC1 Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects KRCC1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-KRCC1 antibody (B-4) is available as the non-conjugated form. KRCC1, also known as lysine-rich coiled-coil 1 or cryptogenic hepatitis-binding protein 2, is a 259 amino acid protein encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 2p11.2. KRCC1 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in gene expression regulation and cellular signaling pathways. KRCC1′s coiled-coil structure facilitates protein-protein interactions, essential for forming multiprotein complexes that influence various biological functions, including cell proliferation and differentiation. KRCC1′s interactions with specific proteins can impact cellular responses to external stimuli, making KRCC1 a vital component in understanding disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. Additionally, chromosome 2, where KRCC1 resides, is the second largest human chromosome and is associated with numerous genetic disorders, highlighting KRCC1′s importance in human health and disease research.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-390411 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Randy McDonald
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
