HSPB7 Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HSPB7 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HSPB7 antibody (F-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HSPB7, also known as cardiovascular heat shock protein or heat shock protein beta-7, is a member of the small heat shock protein family, which plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses. HSPB7 is predominantly expressed in the cytoplasm and is particularly abundant in heart and skeletal muscle tissues. This localization enables HSPB7 to interact with denatured proteins and prevent aggregation, maintaining cellular protein homeostasis during stress conditions. HSPB7 expression significantly increases in response to muscle fiber transformation and in various muscular dystrophies, suggesting potential as a therapeutic target for age-related muscle wasting and other muscle-related disorders. Research using HSPB7 (F-4) monoclonal antibody can provide valuable insights into muscle health and disease.
