FUS/TLS Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects FUS/TLS protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FUS/TLS (H-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FUS/TLS, a nuclear RNA-binding protein, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression and RNA processing. FUS/TLS involvement in various chromosomal translocations leads to oncogenic fusions, such as the EWS/Fli-1 chimeric protein in Ewing sarcoma, which enhances transcriptional activation and promotes cell transformation. FUS/TLS interacts with nuclear steroid receptors, suggesting a role in hormone-induced transcriptional responses. Nuclear localization of FUS/TLS facilitates primary transcript processing and gene expression regulation in response to cellular signals. Anti-FUS/TLS antibody (H-6) enables researchers to investigate molecular mechanisms underlying these processes and their implications in cancer biology and other diseases.
