    SEE ALSO...

FAM107B Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FAM107B protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FAM107B antibody (D-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FAM107B protein, consisting of 131 amino acids, plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, which are vital for maintaining normal tissue homeostasis and preventing tumorigenesis. Dysregulation of FAM107B has been implicated in various cancers, highlighting FAM107B′s importance as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. FAM107B is located on human chromosome 10, a region that harbors several critical genes, including tumor suppressor gene PTEN, which is associated with Cowden syndrome when mutated. Additionally, chromosome 10 is linked to other significant genetic disorders, emphasizing the relevance of studying FAM107B in the context of cancer and genetic diseases.
