    SEE ALSO...

EXOSC7 Antibody (A-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects EXOSC7 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-EXOSC7 antibody (A-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EXOSC7, also known as exosome component 7, plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism as a component of the exosome complex, which is essential for the degradation of unstable mRNAs, particularly those containing AU-rich elements in their untranslated regions. This degradation process is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating gene expression, as it prevents the accumulation of potentially harmful mRNAs. Additionally, EXOSC7 is localized in the nucleolus and is one of the six RNase-PH domain subunits that form a PNPase-like ring structure within the exosome, which is necessary for the processing of 7S pre-RNA. EXOSC7′s ability to interact with other proteins in the exosome complex underscores its importance in RNA processing and stability, making anti-EXOSC7 antibody (A-1) an invaluable tool for researchers studying RNA metabolism and related cellular processes.
