    SEE ALSO...

DUX3 Antibody (6L8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects DUX3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DUX3 (6L8) antibody is available as a non-conjugated format. DUX3 protein belongs to the double homeobox (DUX) family, which plays a crucial role in early embryonic development and cellular differentiation. DUX3 regulates gene expression during pluripotent stem cell formation, making DUX3 essential for proper developmental processes. DUX family members, including DUX1, DUX2, DUX3, DUX4, and DUX5, contain homeobox domains that facilitate DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. DUX3 shares high sequence identity with DUX1 and DUX5, highlighting evolutionary conservation of function. Additional start sites in DUX3 and DUX5 genes produce N-terminal extended isoforms, diversifying functional roles. DUX3 dysregulation has been implicated in various developmental disorders and diseases, including certain muscular dystrophies.
