CRLF1 Antibody (QQ9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CRLF1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CRLF1 antibody (QQ9) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. CRLF1 protein, also known as cytokine receptor-like factor 1, plays a crucial role in fetal nervous system development and immune response, making CRLF1 essential for proper physiological function. This 422 amino acid secreted protein is primarily located in various tissues, including stomach, placenta, heart, ovary, thyroid, bone marrow, appendix, lymph node, spleen, thymus, and fetal lung, where CRLF1 promotes neuronal cell survival. CRLF1 interacts with cells expressing ciliary neurotrophic factor receptors, highlighting CRLF1′s importance in neuroprotection and cellular signaling pathways. Notably, defects in the gene encoding CRLF1 are associated with serious conditions such as cold-induced sweating syndrome type 1 and Crisponi syndrome, both autosomal recessive disorders that can lead to life-threatening complications. CRLF1 (QQ9) antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical biological processes and implications of CRLF1 in various diseases.
