    CNOT10 Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CNOT10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CNOT10 (H-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CNOT10 protein is a crucial subunit of the CCR4-NOT complex, which is composed of at least five other CNOT subunits and TAB182. This complex plays a vital role in regulating gene expression and mRNA degradation, making CNOT10 essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. CNOT10 protein is involved in the regulation of histone modifications, particularly influencing the methylation of histone H3 at lysine 4 through a ubiquitin-dependent pathway that likely engages the proteasome. This post-translational modification is significant as CNOT10 can alter chromatin structure and gene accessibility, thereby impacting transcriptional regulation and cellular responses to various stimuli. The CCR4-NOT complex′s function as a transcriptional regulator and repressor of nuclear receptor signaling is particularly relevant in the context of cancer, where dysregulation of these pathways can lead to tumorigenesis.

    We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
