Can you recommend a positive control to use with sc-56196:cleaved PARP-1 (194C1439) for Western blot?

We recommend HeLa: sc-2200, Jurkat: sc-2204 or IMR-32: sc-2409 whole cell lysates as we have great Western blot data showing specific detection of cleaved PARP-1 in these cell lines.

Il bloccaggio è stato effettuato in Blotto A, l'Ab primario è stato utilizzato alla diluizione di 1:1000 in 10 mL di Blotto A. Il secondario 1:2000 in Blotto A. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely weak signalThis antibody gives a signal corresponding to cleaved PARP-1 (observed molecular weight: 89 kDa) but, unfortunately, this signal is extremely weak and sometimes not perceptible, even by using positive controls (staurosporine-treated cells) and high resolution ECL. We tested it at several working dilutions (ranging from 1:1.000 to 1:200) and we always obtained similar results. Notably, cleaved PARP1 was clearly visible in the same experimental conditions (40 ug of protein lysates from murine N1E-115 and human SH-SY5Y) by using another commercial antibody.
