    SEE ALSO...

Chemokine Receptor D6 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Chemokine Receptor D6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Chemokine Receptor D6 antibody (B-12) is available as the non-conjugated form. Chemokine Receptor D6 protein, also known as Chemokine-binding protein 2, C-C chemokine receptor D6, CCR-9, CCR-10, and CMKBR9, is a vital member of the C-C (beta chemokine) G protein-coupled receptor family, characterized by a pair of adjacent cysteine residues. Chemokine Receptor D6 (B-12) antibody plays a crucial role in mediating the chemotaxis of T cells and phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation, contributing to immune responses and tissue repair. Chemokine Receptor D6 is primarily expressed in placental tissues and fetal liver, while also found in lymphatic endothelial cells, lymph nodes, and the mucosa of the small and large intestines. Chemokine Receptor D6 (B-12) monoclonal antibody interacts with various C-C type chemokines, including SCYA2/MCP-1, SCY3/MIP-1-alpha, SCYA5/RANTES, and SCYA7/MCP-3, underscoring its importance in regulating immune cell trafficking and maintaining homeostasis in response to inflammatory signals.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-365718 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Randy McDonald
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
