CD79A Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CD79A in human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD79A, also known as MB-1, is a crucial component of the B cell antigen receptor complex, which plays a vital role in B cell activation and immune response. anti-CD79A antibody (A-3) recognizes a protein primarily located on the surface of B cells, where CD79A forms a heterodimer with CD79B, facilitating association with membrane immunoglobulins such as IgM and IgD.
