    SEE ALSO...

C5orf60 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects C5orf60 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). C5orf60 (A-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. C5orf60 is located in the cytoplasm and plays a role in cellular processes such as cell signaling and stress response, making C5orf60 crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Proper localization of C5orf60 is essential, as mislocalization can lead to dysregulation of these processes, potentially contributing to various diseases. Chromosome 5, where C5orf60 resides, encompasses approximately 6% of the human genome and is associated with several syndromes, including Cockayne syndrome and familial adenomatous polyposis. C5orf60 has been provisionally designated pending further characterization, highlighting the need for continued research into C5orf60 functions and interactions within the cell.
